How to build your mental strength.

This is a brand new set classes designed to help athletes develop their skills outside of the pool to help them train harder and perform better. We are taking mental training to the next level. As we work together you’ll learn a number of skills such as:

  • meet day preparation

  • dealing with nerves

  • confidence building

  • how to stay motivated

  • dealing with the ups AND downs

  • and much more

Each athlete will be in a different place in their training. This class is designed to help athletes at any level and meet them where they are.

Supporting Videos

Supporting Videos are mini classes supporting the core topic of the previous class. These will be designed to reinforce the message of the week. (Once per week.)

Core Class

Each class is designed to build your mental strength. Through video it will teach a number of different skills to deal with motivation, confidence, and nerves. Video’s will be posted every week. (30-45 minutes each week.)

Worksheets

These will be used to help support each core class and keep you on the right path. Re-training your brain is not easy and these worksheets are something that will help create new behaviors a lot sooner. (Once per week.)

One-on-One Calls

The whole idea of the one-on-one calls are to help support the athlete to the highest level. Claire Donahue will lead conversation to put together the perfect plan to help you succeed. There will be three one-on-one calls with Claire. The One-on-one calls are only available in the PLUS package.

Technique Videos

These video’s are offered to help the swimmer’s skills in pool. This is a highly requested video. Each week a 3-5 minute video about a specific technique. At the end of the course you’ll have watched 12 techniques & drills ranging in stroke, start, turn, under-water, and much more.

Supporting Videos

Supporting Videos are mini classes supporting the core topic of the previous class. These will be designed to reinforce the message of the week. (Once per week.)
