Teaching athletes

how to

help themselves

Giving people the tools and skills to improve their athletics. Not just in the pool or on the field, but away from the game. There are thousands of athletes that struggle with the mental side of the sport: negative thinking, motivation, or self-esteem. This is something we can change. This is something we will change.

An online class with Claire Donahue exploring the challenges of sport. Each class is designed to build the athletes mental strength. Topics range from how to stay motivated to dealing with failure.

Claire lives in Raleigh, NC and does most of her lessons at the Triangle Aquatic Center where she works. However, she can conduct lessons elsewhere on request.

Giving athletes the opportunity to improve their technique. Claire works with these groups of swimmers both in and out of the water to optimize their performance.

I loved Claire’s Class! It was super insightful, and the One-on-One calls really helped me understand what I’m actually thinking about during competitions. I have had a really hard time with anxiety and nerves, and the class helped me discover ways to deal with that.
